What is included in the basic lawn service?
Mow, Trim, Edge your lawn and blow clippings off hard surfaces.
Do you come on the same day each week?
Yes. If you want our weekly or bi-weekly service, weather permitting, we will schedule recurring services on the same day each week.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Sometimes it rains in the morning and we still work in the afternoon, however if it rains all day we will make every attempt to come the next workable day.
What if I have a lock on my gate?
If you have locked gates, we need to make prior arrangements.
What should we do with our backyard dog?
Dogs are certainly safer in the house when we are performing lawn care services. However, we will still enter the backyard if a dog is present as long as the crewmen do not feel threatened. The crewmen are trained to shut the gate behind them when a dog is present.
Do I need to pick up miscellaneous items from my lawn prior to your arrival?
To ensure timely service and prevent damage it is best that the yard be free of items such as garden hoses, bikes, and children’s toys.
